Kevin Mossman has worked for me since 1990 Through 2021; As my dedicated pump designer and provider of some of the smallest booster pumps, to many large 4000 and 5000 gallon a minute waterfalls and transfer systems, to huge steel intake infrastructure equipment throughout the Lake Las Vegas resort.
He then helped me design and install several types of pumps for rock cutters and polishers at the new Las Vegas Rock plant in Jean, NV back in 2010; where he continues to service their needs - since my retirement.

For over 35 years I’ve watched Kevin mature to one if the best water distribution and groundwater design engineers that I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with.

From Paul’s Valley OK back in the 1980’s throughout So. California, up to Mount Charleston, Nevada; and up through St. George (Hurricane Valley) Utah. Where He most recently has designed our premier golf course irrigation pumping stations, transfers, and waterfall features for Copper Rock Golf Course rated Top 10 New Golf Courses in 2020. We’ve completed decades of construction projects together, where He continues to design for us at G/3 Golf throughout the western regions of the United States and beyond.

I was Director of Utilities for the City of Adelanto for over 23 years. The founder of Mossman Enterprises, Kevin work for me as an engineer (rehabilitating and drilling) several new & existing water wells, mechanical and chemical treatments, redevelopment, and new water well pumping equipment.

He was also a lead engineer on an 8100 gallon a minute iron & manganese water treatment facility (design build) with JT Engineering in Aqua Dulce, California. He has an outstanding aptitude for the applied hydraulics and how that applies to our municipality pumping and distribution systems throughout the Victor Valley, Baldy Mesa, and Adelanto areas of the high deserts of So. California.
